Our first sojourn into the pepper/fruit pairing gig. Pineapple/jalapeno (free range of course) up front with a nice cinnamon/curry/lime mid tone followed by a sweet coconut/habenero finish. Try it on fish, ham, pork, chicken, vegetarian dishes or vegetarians themselves (they all taste like tofu anyway). Haven't tried it with rum yet..... Git yer freaky Tiki on!
