Our first sojourn into the peppper/fruit paring gig. Pineapple/jalapeno (free range of course) up front with a nice cinnamon/curry/lime mid tone followed by a sweet coconut/habenero finish. Try it on fish, ham, pork, chicken, vegetarian dishes or vegetarians themselves (they all taste like tofu anyway). Havent tried it with rum yet..... Get yer freaky Tiki on!
