Awesome stuff. Added a little bit to some homemade seaweed salad for some extra kick.

I have yet to put this on anything that it didn't go well with. Sandwiches, soups, egg white omelet, marinara sauce, bread dip, you name it. 10 kinds of yum and then some.

I've always been a big fan of beer. But when I first stumbled on Dr. Gonzo's table at the Fall Providence International Beer Festival many years ago, my reasons for going to the Beer Fest became two fold. Every year, I make the trip to the festival specifically to go and try out Dr. Gonzo's wares. Last year, the first Spring Beer Fest was held (less college wahoos... thank GOD!) and I was able to try Garlicmash. I now cook virtually anything, and everything with this stuff. I swear you could put it on Cocoa Puffs and they'd taste better. I add it to marinades and wet rubs, and use it as a thin layer even for dry rubs (the oils in the mash help the dry rubs stick to what ever you need rubbed). I can't say enough good things about this. Add a small amount to some fresh vegetables and sautee them up. No oil needed, just the mash. Add a little salt and pepper, and you've got some of the best veggies you've ever made, guaranteed (even if you don't like Garlic! Just don't over do it, it CAN get spicy). Please Doc, make some more, I'M ALMOST OUT!!!

This is the condiment I've always dreamed of. It's got texture, spice, and tons of garlic flavor, but it's not overwhelming. I sampled some at the North Quabbin Garlic & Arts Festival, walked away, and thought about it for the next two hours. Needless to say, I went back and bought a jar. That jar was empty within two days, and here I am now buying more. Essential for any fridge. If you aren't crazy about garlic, you can use a little bit on occasion to spruce up recipes. If you are crazy about garlic, well, stock up.

This stuff boasts an insane amount of garlic and is incredibly tasty. I like to spread a thin layer of this on my pizza and use the Good Dr's Buffalo Balm hot sauce as a dipper. Definitely worth trying.
