World Famous Peppermash

E-mail this product to a friend

Our seasonal best seller. Get it some of the 2007 batch while it is still around.  Yep, this is our original all natural hot pepper relish with the patent pending three to six minute burn time. Over the years, our “World Famous” PEPPERMASH has proven to be so much more than your average condiment.

Using a fine blend of Jalapeno and Cherry peppers, this product has heat with a whole lot of taste. Since we add no fillers, fluff or any unnecessary stuff, what comes out of the fields goes straight into the jar. With this in mind, the cherry peppers vary in color throughout the season, from red to green and all colors in between... so do not be frightened if your PEPPERMASH has a new tint, it still has the same heat, texture taste and flavor. Be the first on your block to collect them all!!

Put it on the table for each meal (It's not just fer breakfast anymore!). Use it as a marinade, recipe ingredient or dip it straight from the jar! Be creative and then send us your favorite way to share it with your friends, but be warned, it just may be habit forming.

Outstanding hot pepper relish. This is great for everything. It has a good amount of heat, but not so much to be overpowering. It's excellent on it's own with chips, in omelets, on hot dogs and hamburgers, in chili, in baked beans, or any time you want to add some flavorful kick. I always keep a jar on hand and use it all the time.

Absolutely delicious. I eat this stuff straight out of the jar with some saltines/chips. It's a really flavorful and sweet relish with a burn that catches up with you when you least expect it, and the cherry peppers are key here. A+

Doug, I hear you, wouldn't dream of making a sandwich or hotdog now without Peppermash. Try adding a heaping tablespoon of Peppermach to a bowl of turkey soup, you'll be happy. Another delicious and easy meal...macaroni and cheese with Peppermash.

Peppermash makes a great dip, spread a plate with some softened cream cheese cover generously with Peppermash and eat with your favorite crackers. I use flatbreads from Trader Joes it's great.

Went to Mass to visit my friends and stumbled upon Dr Gonzo's in a local store. I ordered the 3 pack for everyone here in NJ for X-mas. We went thru (2) 3 pack jars within a month and can't stop. We use it on everything including pizza!!

When I first tried Peppermash, the heat was shocking. I took it home and made a spread with Peppermash and cottage cheese and had it on my English muffin. I'm hooked. That has been my breakfast every morning for the last 9 days.

I tend to choose my meals based on what would go best with the Peppermash or Supermash. Also, I find that sandwiches without 'mash' just are not as good. I can't eat my bologna and cheese with out my Peppermash.
