Buffalo Balm Hot Sauce

E-mail this product to a friend

Most hot sauces that we find on the local shelves are made up of some combination of heat, vinegar and salt. Tired of the same old, same old? Need to find something different than that tired bottle of red-hot sauce? It’s time to try some of our Buffalo Balm Hot Sauce. This blend of Jalapeno and Habenero peppers starts off with a surprising citrus sweetness and then the heat hits you sideways. Originally developed by the “Good Doctor” to cauterize the wounds of the mighty bison as he clipped off their wings by the light of the moon. It's the hot sauce that saved the Old West and opened the plains states for the early settlers (can you imagine the devastation caused by the herds of flying buffalo?). It’s ugly to look at, but your tongue can’t see, so shut your peepers and be the first on your block to taste the sensation sweeping the nation (one kitchen at a time).

This is hands down my favorite hot sauce. Unbelievable on just about anything, especially my eggs and chicken wings. After trying many hot sauces, and wasting a large amount of money doing so, I came upon Buffalo Balm; full of flavor, and spicy as hell. In the end, you will realize this is the only hot sauce you really need.

Absolutely my favorite hot sauce. Good on anything that needs a little sweet and a lot of flavor. Best on grilled fish and great with venison for those outdoor rugged types.

I must say that the doctor has done an amazing job. The balm comes on with a sweet flavor that accents what you have put it on, and the BAM! The spice kicks in and I must say that I have never come across a sauce that has both has a great flavor and a strong bite. This stuff is tops.

It's a 4 star right now because I need to be more creative in my recipe to give it that extra vavoom! It was a hot Thursday night and I didn't want to be caught in the kitchen so I decided to make pizzas on the grill. Take your pizza dough-give a throw on the grill flip it over than add your doodads. I chose steak, gorgonzolla cheese, onions, garlic, red & yellow peppers, and of course fresh tomatoes. Cooked it right up and added a splash of Buffalo Balm at the end. The sweet taste melded well with the crust and the steak and than you feel the kick!! What a ride....fresh lemonade was great to cool it down and you can even add a good ice cold beer to make it truly complete!! Great job...can't wait to experiment with more!!!
