Professional Grade Habeneromash

Well, the "Good Doctor" was hesitant to proceed with this experiment, but after listening to the buying public, the next level of heat has arrived! This hot pepper relish will give you at least a nanosecond worth of great "Mash" flavor before the Habenero peppers reach out and have their way with you (kind of like playing with a rabid snapping turtle in heat). Its distinctive 'safety orange' or 'flame red' contents make it easy to find on the store shelf and is the quickest route to an endorphin rush in our product line. This product is not to be trifled with. It varies in heat from 300,000 to 500,000 (Scoville) units in heat depending on how the peppers come in. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED when you crack open a jar (we're talkin' MATURE adults, not people like us). The perfect ace in the hole for that certain someone in your life that claims "nothing is too hot." Have fun, be creative, but don't abuse your friends and family.

Great flavor and heat. We offer this to friends when they come over to see if they can handle it. It's kind of mean, actually, because the stuff kicks. But man is it good.

Habeneromash burns sooooo good. I was surprised at how spicy it is, but extremely tasty at the same time. Its flavors of onion, garlic, and lime juice come through in a pleasantly delicious way while the habenero smacks you in the face with heat. It will definitely satisfy anyone who thinks they can handle spicy food...and weed out those who really can't.

This stuff is great, I love everything the Dr sells though. But this mash goes on my daily sandwiches I make for Work. Typically a Chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat toast, with pickle and cheese. Oh what a great sandwich, with a awesome taste & a just as awesome kick.

Ridiculous heat (that's a good thing), but the flavor is incredible. Just a tsp makes the perfect addition to a bowl of salsa. Of course, more can definitely be better.

The Habaneromash is hands-down the best-tasting and hottest thing I have ever had in my mouth. I'm a big fan of the Supermash, which I rate at about a 6-7 in terms of heat -- the Habaneromash is past 10, and I don't know how far, because it's one of those heats that you kind of black out. You can feel it in your teeth and it's a long, long burn. The sweetness and tartness of the habanero is a delight -- but the price you pay in heat is just awesome. The experience is borderline hallucinatory, so beware.

As the description says, this is for people who claim "nothing is too hot". The mash has heat, but it also has a nice flavor to it that complements many dishes, including chili, veggie burgers, chicken, and even steamed veggies. If you need heat with some nice flavor in your dishes, look no further. I just wish this stuff came in bigger jars, because it's almost gone.

AWESOME,AWESOME,AWESOME!!!! This is my second year buying The Dr's fine products at the Harpoon BBQ fest. I travel two hours each way and can tell all of you Hot food lover's out there it's well worth the trip. You will find plenty of so called HOT crap out there, but, this is about flavor and the Dr's got plenty...Keep up the good work. Dr Gonzo.......YOU ROCK!!!!!!

I visited your vendor table for the first time at the Cape Cod BBQ Challenge, visitng friends of our the Lost Nation Smoke Company. This is the best stuff I have ever had. I have had several friends tries this and they love it. I am a fan of Habeneros peppers and I add them to salads and steak, etc. Now I can start adding your mash. This is the only mash that holds the heat and flavor of the pepper. Not only did I try this one, but I tried your other products at your vendor table and are the best that I have had. Thank you and hope to see you next year.
