Developed for a friend who told me stories of growing up in Barbados, eating his grandmother's grilled flying fish filets for breakfast slathered in her own hot sauce. Most Barbados style mustard sauces have a Habenero/Scotch Bonnet base but this version is Jalapeno/Cayenne based with a mesquite smoke finish.

Our customers have come to really enjoy the Smoke Isle Elixir’s unique heat and flavor signature that enhances what ever you choose to put it on. Great for grilled fish, meat marinade or just served in a shot glass. You know you need it, you want it... may be the first Dr. GONZO product with a nipple applicator.....

If you mix Smoke Isle Elixir with anything (ANYTHING!) it becomes magical, mystical, and delicious. You see this empty box of crackers? It was nearly full an hour ago. All the Ranch dressing in the house is gone! This product has forced me to take up jogging. It is a terrible, evil product. Good Doctor, please ship more Smoke Isle Elixir directly to my door immediately.
