Our Garlicmash No. 4 is a garlic lover's dream. It is the "Good Doctor's" experiment in how many cloves of garlic can be stuffed into a 6 Oz. jar. Spread it on bruschetta or pizza. Use it to make garlic bread. Put a dollop into your marinara sauce or mashed potatoes. Perfect for any emergency scampi situation that you may find yourself in. Best if served to large groups of friends all at the same time. Yep, this product is either a date maker or a date breaker!  Enjoy the taste treat sensation that took the 2006 North Quabbin Garlic and Arts Fest by surprise.

Review:
The Garlicmash is my absolute favorite! I brought a few jars down here with me to the Pole and, unfortunately, they were eaten all too quickly! It's a great additive for sauces, yummy on garlic bread, added to caprese it's a great kick. I've also used it as a substitute for butter on my bread. Anywhere garlic is called for this is it!

One taste and you'll know what you want to put this on! I mix a teaspoon on pasta before I add the sauce. This stuff is my absolute favorite to cook with! If I could give it 10 stars I would.
