Most hot sauces found on the local shelves are made up of some combination of heat, vinegar and salt. This blend of Jalapeno and Habenero peppers starts off with a surprising citrus sweetness and then the heat hits you sideways.

Originally developed by the “Good Doctor” to cauterize the wounds of the mighty bison as he clipped off their wings by the light of the moon. It's the hot sauce that saved the Old West and opened the plains states for the early settlers (can you imagine the devastation caused by the herds of flying buffalo?). It’s ugly to look at, but your tongue can’t see, so shut your peepers and be the first on your block to taste the sensation sweeping the nation (one kitchen at a time).
